Sock

The contents of the delivered ZIP file sockversion.zip, except these third party components:

• DocBook
• Dane
• Schematron

which are subject to their own licences as described below.

Evaluation

Sock is not free software.  You may use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period, you must pay a registration fee.  If you choose not to pay the registration fee you must not distribute or continue to use any artifacts derived from your use of Sock during the evaluation period.

Distribution

The original downloaded ZIP file may be freely redistributed only in unmodified form.

Derivative Works

The specification files within the directory local/kits within the distribution carry a specific copyright notice which allows them to be used as the basis for derivative works.  See the individual copyright notices for details.

Warranty

This Software is provided 'as is' and without warranty of any kind.  In no event will the vendor be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages arising in any way out of the use of this software.  The Licensee is entirely responsible for determining fitness for purpose during the evaluation period.

Fees

Payment of the licence fee entitles one person to use the software on any number of machines.

Other Components

Some of the components of Sock are derived from other products and consequently have more relaxed licence terms which are contained in the licences directory within the distribution.
